Hotel desk clerks have seen it all - drug dealers, pimps, prostitutes, extramarital affairs, human trafficking, general Karens & Kevins, etc. If you know someone who works in that field, ask them for their stories, because I guarantee they will have some serious tea to spill. Even if you think your sleepy lil' town is picture-perfect, the front desk people will have all the dirt on its seedy underbelly.
